If new to CrossFit you must first contact the owner Tyler and schedule an assessment from one of the trainers. This will ensure you start your training the right way – confident and prepared. In the assessement you will be asked about your health history, your nutrition, and finally you will be taken through some basic movements in order to identify your strengths and weaknesesses. We will give you our recommendation on what we believe it will take for you to achieve your goals.  The cost for this service is 20 Dollars. Please call 551-2751 for more info.

We are a “minimalist program” and this is reflected by the functionality and limited number of our exercises and the simplicity of the equipment we use compared to most commercial gyms.

We train our athletes in gymnastics from rudimentary to advanced movements garnering great capacity at controlling the body both dynamically and statically while maximizing strength to weight ratio and flexibility. We also place a heavy emphasis on Olympic Weightlifting having seen this sport’s unique ability to develop an athletes’ explosive power, control of external objects, and mastery of critical motor recruitment patterns. And finally we encourage and assist our athletes to explore a variety of sports as a vehicle to express and apply their fitness.
