Summer feels so close…

With all this ‘KICK-ASS’ sunshine coming our way one can’t help think that winter is gone. I know as I right this post – 10 cm’ will probably fall on my head but oh well…

The Spring always seems to motivate people. It makes us want to clean out the cupboards and make some real progress in the whole ‘bikini wearing’ department.. (Personally, self image is out of control in our little world but that’s an argument for another day!)

If looking good ‘nekid’ is your goal – now is the time. Summer is right around the corner and if you want to make some serious gains – now is the time. Let the sunshine motivate you!

Make a plan.. IN WRITING!!

Side Note:

Be sure to crank out 50-100 reverse hypers a few times per week. Your back will Thank You!! Your Squat, Deadlift, and posture will improve!!
